EIE407 Phase C proposed utility improvements along the primary utilidor corridor including approximately 678 feet of sewer, water, steam, and condensate utility main lines within an existing utilidor system to include all appurtenances, inclusive of demolition and upgrade of four existing manholes and one existing wet well structures. Additionally, a 90’ concrete utilidor bridge spanning a slough (housing water, sewer, condensate, and electrical utilities) was designed and constructed.
