Osborne was selected for the occupied renovations of Sea-Tac International Airport’s Central Terminal Infrastructure Upgrades. The project includes demolition of existing restaurant facilities and the renovation of these spaces for future airport dining and retail improvements. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure systems in existing tenant spaces were reconfigured to prepare these spaces for development. Osborne’s scope also included installing two new elevators and two sets of stairs for public use. Project phasing was critically important to limit the impact on revenue-generating businesses and to maintain services to airport guests and staff.
